Progressive Insurance - Over a month and claims adjuster won't settle claim or call
Progressive is my insurance and person that hit my truck, it has been 2months and still my claim has not been settled. Jason brown the adjuster refuses to call or contact me.
Sends letter that he has tried but not. Every time I call progressive it is a song and dance. Accident happened August. 5th.
Called immediately not follow up from the or anything. Got a claim # 14494**** worst representation! This was not a huge accident a tire rim and alignment but still jason needs some more skills unless progressive trained him to handle claims or maybe it is cause we both r with progressive?
Had to replace tire quick as spare was wrong size still no compensation. Some needs to do their job!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
