An accident claim

I was ask by 3 or more agents to file my insurance on a claim that wasnt my fault and I told each one of them agents nt to file my insurance on this claim cause it's wasn't my fault and they did anyway so ? Is I know that was poor customer service against my well IAM very unpleasant with this matter

The customer service is deceptively friendly and cooperative- this lures you into the stupid "snapshot" app that misreports bad driving records. This global pandemic has me working remotely... sooooo I BARELY EVEN DRIVE!!!! And the few times I DO drive this dumb thing reports falsities of "reckless" phone use while driving- (when I was using GPS!! ) The WORST part? ANY other insurance company not only offered better protection but at 90% cheaper rate!!! Shame on me for not even comparing I just in blind faith was thinking Progressive would be best! Thanks, FLO! Side note: Their commercials suck too.

Progressive ripped me off

I had Progressive that Juniata Ins,. Agency got me. I have never filed a claim in my life. I decided to leave Progressive and I moved to GEICO. With in a month Progressive claimed that I owed them money because I did not tell them that I was leaving. I felt that I did not have to tell them nothing. I just stopped paying them and I moved to Geico. Well Progressive reported me to the state that I had no insurance, which is not true. I changed to GEICO. They also reported me to a collect agency, I was surprised, but I paid what they claimed I owed them, plus they ruined my credit for reporting me to a collect agency. I am telling you they are a bunch of Barking Dogs. Keep away from them, forget about those sweet voices you hear on their telephones, they are paid to act like angels, but they are nothing but dogs.

Rediculus price increase

My daughter got car insurance in the beginning a decent rate, then when six months ended price went up double. No claims no tickets, but still increased. She cancelled and found a reputable company, now they are sending her to collections. Poor customer service and unethical. Would highly not recommend.

Second adjuster came out and never looked at problem where fire started in vehicle. Just took a picture of VIN number. Denied claim. Had 5 witnesses who could verify.

Can you seriously stop airing the ridiculous "Sunday sing-along" commercial? We literally turn the sound off on the TV when that irritating horrible commercial comes on. Hurts my brain to hear it. I understand that reasonably intelligent commercials are a thing of the past but this particular commercial is so dumb and irritating. We are not currently Progressive customers but are looking to make a change - commercials like this lead me to believe that I need to look elsewhere for my next insurance company. This is in the top 10 of the world's worst commercials ever. You need a new marketing person.....

I cancelled my insurance due to buying a new car and changing insurance companies. I gave the car to a family member and called within hours of signing over the title and them obtaining coverage with their insurance carrier. My first call- I was redirected that my request had to be in writing and was directed to the chat feature on the website. I was able to get it cancelled but for 3 days of coverage they were only going to refund $19.52 of a $77.83 premium (taken out of my account a day early the day before). I asked how the figure was calculated and could not be told. I asked to speak someone who could tell me and was directed to the 1-800 number. I called that number and after explaining the situation, I was put on hold and then hung up on. I called again, and while the 3rd customer service representative was very empathetic and knowledgeable, the policy does in fact rip you off. So after 12 years with progressive without a problem, they want to charge me over $50 to cancel my policy. So I stopped payment and disputed the payment with my bank and cancelled my other policies as well. Mind you all this took the better part of 2 hour. Lesson learned- Find a local agent who can give you better service and a lower premium.

Offensive commercial

Why must you mock and make fun of "parents" in your commercials? Everyone seems to be off limits except older people and white men. Would you treat the LGBQT population like this or African Americans or any other minority? I don't think so. Show some respect!

YES I UNDERSTAND ITS THANKSGIVING BUT IM WORKING TODAY AND I NEEDED A QUOTE ON HOME INSURANCE. CANT BELIEVE THERES NO ONE THERE TO HELP ME OUT. DEFINATELY GOING TO RECONSIDER DOING ANY BUISNESS WITH THEM.
