On Jan. 23, 2023, a Progressive employee used my son's debit card and manually keyed a withdrawal from his debit card in the amount of $2,623.70.
After multiple conversations and multiple disputes/appeals with my debit card carrier - Money Network and Progressive to recoup the money that was NOT authorized, Money Network basically told us that Progressive has the money - YOU need to get it from Progressive. On February 27, I talked with Grace Dianzinga (440-620-****) who found the money in your system (it was not applied to my son's account). We followed her direction to try to work with Money Network, but Money Network refused to follow her request. The bottom line is - I don't care what constraints you have in your system or processes - you need to immediately need to issue a check to Jason Donovan in the amount of $2,623.70.
You need to figure out how to fix the issue - not me, not my son and not Money Network. I will today file a complaint with the Ohio Insurance Commissioner and determine next steps from there.

They first approved us and quoted the price, I agreed and done the paperwork, two to three weeks later they cancelled

4 months no car, rate raised $600 a month, lied to repeatedly
My carwas hit in the rear end on the rim, rear quarter, rear door, wheel well and rocker panel. I opted to let at fault party repair my car and let her insurance cover my rental and my deductible.
After 2 weeks her insurance company(direct general) had not even picked up my car from where it was nonmovable without tow truck and could not give me a clear date regardless that Walgreens was threatening to tow my car as abandoned. I received a call from progressive checking my status so I decided to use my insurance, progressive. Direct thought I was too excited to talk to since I needed a rental and to get my car picked up 2 weeks later. Progressive towed my car to body shop of their choice, where it sat for a month of me being lied to about the status.
I was given expected completion dates when I could pick it up, only to find out it had not been started work on yet. (7 weeks). Speaking to my local agent Tracy force I was told she will call immediately and authorize all the work to be done. 3 days later I call the dealership to find she had not even called.
When she finally responded 3 days later she told me she doesn't have authority and she never said that. I requested her superior whom a left a voicemail for that I have still not received a response to. That is almost 9 weeks without my car or anywork being done.
I complain to the BBB and all of a sudden I'm getting calls from people all over the state in charge of all kind of responsibility. Telling me I'm going get get thousands of dollars in compensation.
That was a higher up named rob or Ron who is not calling me back again. One gentleman named Kahlil is the only person from progressive that I believe to have been honest and forthright. Kahlil called back when said, answered all questions even when I didn't like the answer and assured me Rob or Ron was trustworthy. Khalils only known lies were vouching for his boss and telling me his boss Rob/Ron would call me back by Tuesday.
Last Tuesday that is and no phone call.
My accident was September 22. 30 days ago I was notified my car was stolen.
I have still recieved no compensation. 6 months no car, no compensation and my payment went from $400 a month to $1000 a month for a car I have not driven or seen in 6 months.

I was trying to bundle home!auto. No help with the issue.
