I never got to talk to anyone. I was disconnected after about 10 minutes. Nothing but ads trying to sell me something.

Find policy number to get vin

I called customer support but got sent to a fellow who said he was a marketing agent and told me I had a $200 bonus for being a progressive customer. It was a total scam, a hoax and why if I'm trying to get a hold of customer service was I routed to him?!

I never got through to progressive customer service

User's recommendation: Good luck calling and try to get the answers you need you'll find it very frustrating.

Bad customer service

The lady I talked to was very rude, I was just trying to get my due date switched like I have done many of times. And she was telling me that it was impossible.

Regardless I told her that she was being rude and it is in her job description to provide good customer service. Never in my life have I had someone so rude.

Watch your documents make sure they don't change

Well the progressive commuted fraud and denial of a legitimate claim,told the person who did the damage that umitvssd alright.okay turned this into the state insurance decision and they did not contact me one time,I called and got the run around.its been three months since I turned it into the state insurance,I've called I've sent emails and nothing,they don't intend on doing anything.you see when the state insurance doesn't even call or did the decision within the slloted time of 45days that shows they don't intend too.it also shows that there breaking the law ,,why else would they not make decision or get in touch.i can get a print out of all calls for this number,you won't see any system insurance decision call,but I do have email confirmation of the document being a accepted.theres no excuse they are supposed to be a professional insurance decision they are supposed to be for the consumer,,bbut I guess that depends on who you are,and that's bias and a violation of my covsl rights as being partial.see it started with progressive and went right on to the state insurance,if they were going with the progressive on this why didn't they send the report.well I say it's because they don't want it in record because they know I can prove that the fraudulent activity did take place.now there was something said about killing when I was on the phone when I called them,I just happened to hear that,as they were hanging up I heard I like to kill him,why because I'm right.im not the bad guy here,I simply put a complaint in,they did the rest,did they think I was just going to sit there.see that's what the law is for,it's to uphold the citizens rights,it was made for us to be protected,I haven't been protected since 2020 and you can thank the court for that.everything from court to state insurance is nothing but fraud and they're enjoying it,so if you do want to kill mewell get on it or pay me..I'm not joking.ehrn I say this it's a fact of what they said,so if pissed consumer puts this in review they know I only say because it's the truth.peaple are vindictive,I don't appreciate it,I don't appreciate my life being ruined.and they continue.makevsure I don't receive any compensation from any where I might be able to hire a lawyer hu.sorry about the attitude,but you would have one too.all ever asked was for the law to be upheld,that's still what I'm asking from an innocent individual that his life will never be the same.thank you

Preferred solution: The law upheld like it should have been in the first place,I don't care about the compensation but since it will hit the court I want my compansation,it still won't give me back six years.

Problem with Progressive paying auto repair shop

Company never returned my calls!! I always had to call!

Auto was repaired on 3/5. The repair shop was waiting for Progressive to pay before releasing the car.

Now it's 10/3, and still no car! The agent will not return calls; I call the main office, and they say he will take care of things today! Same story every day!

This took place in Glendale, AZ! I do not recommend Progressive Insurance!

after talking to progressive,I found out that they believed that I filed a report and made a statement. No one asked me what happened in the accident.

A false statement was made or supplied by the person who hit me. They have never sent an adjuster.

The lady admitted fault and crossed the line in the accident and is now saying we were both at fault. That is not true.

They were charging me for a car that I turned into the dealer, never updating my newly purchased vehicle, but that's all been rectified with my current address and vehicle information. A wonderful and very professional woman handled the situation. Every company would be proud to have a person like this.

User's recommendation: I've been with progressive for years. Never really needed their service over and above what's required by law. But the people have always been wonderful. If there is any problem needing a insurance card or a duplicate, it's a wonderful company

Worst customer service ever. Run from this company; they're terrible!

Hard to get number

I was just trying to get a phone number for customer service and I wound up dialing the pissed off customer which I was not. Everybody was courtesy and took care of me.
