I never got to talk to anyone. I was disconnected after about 10 minutes. Nothing but ads trying to sell me something.

Find policy number to get vin
I called customer support but got sent to a fellow who said he was a marketing agent and told me I had a $200 bonus for being a progressive customer. It was a total scam, a hoax and why if I'm trying to get a hold of customer service was I routed to him?!

To talk about my insurance policy
I changed my policy. The lady was very helpful. Why do you want me to keep writing and writing when I have nothing more to say.
Bad customer service
The lady I talked to was very rude, I was just trying to get my due date switched like I have done many of times. And she was telling me that it was impossible.
Regardless I told her that she was being rude and it is in her job description to provide good customer service. Never in my life have I had someone so rude.

Watch your documents make sure they don't change
Preferred solution: The law upheld like it should have been in the first place,I don't care about the compensation but since it will hit the court I want my compansation,it still won't give me back six years.

Company never returned my calls!! I always had to call!
Auto was repaired on 3/5. The repair shop was waiting for Progressive to pay before releasing the car.
Now it's 10/3, and still no car! The agent will not return calls; I call the main office, and they say he will take care of things today! Same story every day!
This took place in Glendale, AZ! I do not recommend Progressive Insurance!

Claim
- Progressive believes I filed a report; no one asked for details.
- The other driver admitted fault; says we were both at fault.
- No adjuster sent.
after talking to progressive,I found out that they believed that I filed a report and made a statement. No one asked me what happened in the accident.
A false statement was made or supplied by the person who hit me. They have never sent an adjuster.
The lady admitted fault and crossed the line in the accident and is now saying we were both at fault. That is not true.

- I was charged for a car I turned into the dealer.
- My address and vehicle information were updated.
- A professional woman handled the situation.
They were charging me for a car that I turned into the dealer, never updating my newly purchased vehicle, but that's all been rectified with my current address and vehicle information. A wonderful and very professional woman handled the situation. Every company would be proud to have a person like this.
User's recommendation: I've been with progressive for years. Never really needed their service over and above what's required by law. But the people have always been wonderful. If there is any problem needing a insurance card or a duplicate, it's a wonderful company
Accident
A 27 year old ba c ked into my driver door and I want it fixed or I will be contacting my lawyer.. im pissed..
i drive distance for work.. so fix my car now..

- Claims full glass coverage but sends repairs to Safelite; OEM glass not covered.
- Aftermarket glass lacks proper connections; results in a $500 bill.
Claims full glass coverage, sends you to Safelite for repair, won't cover OEM glass. Aftermarket glass does not have proper connections for car equipment, so you wind up with a $500 bill anyway.
Can't speak to a human for help, just chatbot; the company doesn't even respond to the agent.
Worst customer service ever. Run from this company; they're terrible!

I was just trying to get a phone number for customer service and I wound up dialing the pissed off customer which I was not. Everybody was courtesy and took care of me.
