I got my bill $50 more than before. I called billing was told a 6 minute wait after 32 minutes i hung up called back no answer after 36 minutes hung up tried a different extension hold for 12 minutes hung up called back to accident extension asking for supervisor got a customer service person who informed me i only got a 1 time reduction for signing papers on line the $45 increase was legit despite no changes.
Poor customer service, it took over 2 hours for that *** answer!! Switching!!

Having any kind of insurance, especially auto thru a company that is only reachable thru a phone line is rather silly and frustrating. Change to a company that assigns you a local agent whom you can call or visit when having a problem.
