They find every excuse not to pay on a claim. Willing to blame you for it.
They have no compassion for their customer instead will make you feel like they don't care about you at all. The worst insurance I had in months. They don't know how to treat a customer, take your money and leave you with excuses on why they can't pay for your car to get fix.
I just went to another insurance company that knows how to take care of it's customer and not throw them to the wolves. It's a shame that they advertises how their the best but they're not.
