Made a quote. Was “checking out” then decided to drop two of my vehicles since the policies hadn’t expired.
Called the so called customer service rep. because i was adding the two previously dropped vehicles and I wasn’t getting the price I was quoted, then given at “checkout” . She argued with me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and I wasnt in insurance. So i was tired of arguing with the dumb b.
So I told her to cancel my policy. She did.
Then I went online and went through all the bs again ,because she is an idiot who rather argue than do her job , and I got the gd price that i was quoted to begin with. Make sure your customer service reps know why you hired them.
