If you seek *** coverage and incompetent service, this is the place for you!Tldr: LOST MY CAR, TRIED TO DENY ME COVERAGE, MADE ME INVOLVE MY LAWYER, TOOK 35 DAYS TO REPAIR BUMPER, AND CANCELED RENTAL CAR 7 DAYS EARLY W/O NOTIFYING ME.

My car was involved in a hit-and-run December 1, 2017. I was Then denied coverage by ‘manager’ Brittany Jacobs despite having policy with most coverage. She demanded police reports, receipts proving I was out of town, and to speak with friends whom I was traveling with. Cooperated w this but again tried to screw me.

Was forced to get my lawyer involved, to which my claim was finally accepted. Progressive proceeded to LOSE MY CAR for seven days, making the autobody shop find it. IT TOOK 35 DAYS TO REPAIR A FRONT BUMPER! No communication during this process.

Icing on the cake was progressive cutting my rental short seven days early without any notification, forcing me to pay out of pocket just to pick up my car.AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED!
