Progressive Insurance - Horrible rates and customer service
Progessive needs a review button on Facebook! And on website!
horrible insurance rates are out the damn roof! And now just for canceling Iโm having to pay $138 for no damn reason when I canceled I already had Geico as insurance! I was never late I was a safe driver this is ridiculous, and every time I called I had to wait 15-20 mins just to be treat like *** by customer supporters!!! Oh and I got insurance $80 cheaper at Geico and they are nice everytime I need questions answered and they pick the phone up with in 5-10 mins!
I would rate progessive as a 000! I know Iโm wasting my time by even sending this! But progessive sucks! And are nothing but crooks!!!!!!
$199 a month for auto insurance is ridiculous when Iโm a safe driver and pay my bill on time! A whole year of this and then yโall are going to make me pay $138 for no damn reason!and the customer support told me it was my own fault for having high rate just because I purchased a 2016 jetta? And she was rude as *** to me and did not help after I sat on the phone for 30mins!treated rudely and paying that much a month! Told me it would go down when I signed up, later then they said oh no it equaled out!
Like what the *** I knew it was going to be more but not $160 more a month!
Geico is much cheaper and I hope they put progessive out of business!!! Nothing but crooks!

Don't praise your selection of Geico too quickly. You may have gone from bad to worse. Check around a bit more and make sure you have a local agent not someone sitting at a telephone half a country away when you need help.
