On January 4, 2018, I was getting gas for my vehicle. It had just snowed the previous night a little, and the parking lot had become snow-covered.

A guy in a plow truck was clearing off the snow, but wasn't watching where he was going, and backed into my parked car. This review has nothing to do with him or even the first agent that came out to inspect and take pictures of the vehicle, however, he told me that I could go at least two times the original estimate in damages before it was deemed a total loss (the original estimate was $907). I receive a call this morning stating the damages were $1629 (not even double $907) and that they deemed it a total loss, because the rental car charges were not included in that figure, but was considered part of the damages.

No other insurance company does that. Plus, to make matters worse, the rental car charges are going to be out-of-pocket after five days.
