Rear ended by inexperienced driver probablely on his phone at the wheel.Progressive not supporting my claim, more than 3 month SIU investigation. Total waste of time and money on their part. I have a good lawyer we will probably be filing lawsuit soon. Progressive is trying to bully us so we dissapear, good luck with that. Progressive auto ins. Ripped us off. Told us the rental carcwas paid for. THen after the had our car 3 days in the body shop they changed their minds . Took them until Friday to order the parts. The the car rental informed us it would be 16 bucks a day more for the rental car. Changed to another insurance comp. Stick it Progressive!
