Good luck Calling anyone other than customer service who will not transfer or give out anyone other than their own supervisors number I know if you try to call that number it’s blocked it says user is busy like they don’t have call waiting or an answering machine smh your best option would be to report them to the Better Business Bureau, the North Carolina Department of insurance if you think they did something wrong or illegal I was also advise myself today to call the department of justice but don’t even waste your time calling customer service I’ve wasted too many hours of my life talking to these customer service people even the supervisors if you’re going to contact progressive at all you’re better off writing a letter to that address but calling them and complaining they don’t care nothings gonna get resolved by doing that that’s just their way of giving you the runaround but hopefully your claim does get resolved I have my fingers crossed but it looks like I have to seek out legal assistance

Because all they want is your money as much of it as they can get their greedy hands on apparently they are ripping me off right now as we speak and I’m sure they will come up with some lie or false document to justify what they’re doing to you also but that’s just my opinion I don’t work for progressive I don’t even wanna do business with him anymore but unfortunately until this claim gets resolved I have no choice but to keep talking to them and listening to all their lies and they will not admit they did anything wrong but good luck Because it’s these kinds of questions right here that will not get answered if you ask them a friendly generic question they will answer you right away but they don’t have an answer that’s reasonable justifiable and makes sense so therefore these are the questions that get ignored

According to the Answers tab of the Progressive Insurance website, the best way to understand a rate change is to call the company at 1-80*-776-4737. There are many factors that impact your auto insurance rate. They include the following:
  • age
  • vehicle usage
  • speeding and traffic tickets
  • at-fault accidents
  • not-at-fault and one-car accidents
  • location
  • coverage selection
  • payment method
  • engine size
  • credit

The Answers tab also states that it is possible to reduce your rate by bundling your auto insurance with one company. The company offers additional benefits for buying additional policies like a motorcycle, boat, RV, etc. You may check possible ways on how to reduce your rate with your insurer.

Getting claim settled where other driver clearly at fault.

Had a accident July 2nd by someone who carries progressive insurance did get claim adjuster pretty easily and bid of damages but ever since all I’m getting is a runaround. Something about statement from other driver?

Even heading to their insurance agent here in town to get done results.

And the 3000 in damages repaired on my truck, any suggestions ? Thank you

Title, Claim, settlement not received. I am only interested to work with a professional in the company's supervisory department & obtain the title work/claims documents from 2013.

My claim was never started after a total loss in 2010, many complaints with NCDOI have been unanswered as well as my concerns. I have lost the vehicle, the value of my property after all the autowork, & never saw a claim or settlement until I found that it was reported to NC for less than a $50 value.

Can this company ultimately respond or terminate a professional intervention for customer complaints?
