Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was reimbursed for the work I had done.But, I hope progressive will understand that customer relations are a vital part of a successful business. Amazon has proven the loyalty value of CRM.

Progressive used to be a the best, most obviously, customer focused insurance company. Now they are slightly better than GEICO. Why must I do your job? Processing a submission for reimbursement would be an easy task for you. All my data is at your fingertips except a receipt. But now that you've outsourced customer support to a business that has no idea what they are doing, it is my responsibility to do Your paperwork. Plus I can't upload my receipt .jpg image because it's too big! @5meg ??? I can buy a terabyte usb for $25 This is insulting.

Progressive bought the wrong components for my car and I have not been able to drive it for a year and they keep denying it. They bought a Chevy wheel for a Dodge truck and when I drive it, it gives death wobbles could have killed me

The worst customer service I’ve ever received!!!!

I have a claim that was closed and not taken care of!!! Called several people and they either dont answer and you leave a message and or the transfer you to people that transitory to the same people that dont answer you calll!!! Worst ever customer service and still my car has not been fixed!!!

Canceled policy

I canceled my insurance policy 5 days into my 6-month renewal. Out of a 1653 payment, I received 648 in a refund. I was told that I was being prorated for the 5 days and also issued a surcharge. Prorated should have been about 320 dollars, which leaves a surcharge of 985 dollars. This company kept 1,003 dollars of a 1,653 dollar payment for literally 5 days of insurance. I do not recommend this company. They are a bunch of thieves!!!

I am the not at fault party. I was going straight with no lights or signs.

Your insured ran a stop at the intersect and hit me. Cut and dry. I have worked for Geico for 5 years in claims so I know what I am talking about. They are not accepting liability.

Because they do not have a police report. I emailed it to her as soon as she said that. I was told I would be called back in 3 days. It is now a week.

Still no rental, refuse my rental. I used all the money I have left on the rental and now I am SOL for a ride to work. BAD FAITH, prolonging this longer than it has to. So no Rental no Car, are you trying to get me fired?

The only thing there were consistent on was making sure I had the right claim number. Good Job keep up the good work Flo

I was on the interstate and I was impacted by one of progressives. In a sure day they were ended me going.

55 miles an hour, knock me off to interstate into the medium. And progressive wants to play some kind of stupid game. As far as a settlement went off for me. $1500 when they, this accident has altered.

My life in such bad way and all they do is switch me from 1 person to another. All they do is sit around and have meetings round table talks about how they cannot pay you. Any money was so disgusting about them as that I used to be insured by progressive. Something needs to be done about these insurance companies that take your money.

And they don't wanna pay out when it's time to pay out. I don't know who governs them. Besides the insurance commission where you could follow a complaint. But these lawmakers need to get off their *** and stop playing war games and help the people stop being concerned with other countries and help the United.

And it states, my dad fought from 4 of this country, a purple heart recipient in the Korean war, and all thaterans are treated poorly when they come back from a war. It's ridiculous and I want them to be responsible because the girl hit me, she admitted it to me and the police and progressive just keeps dragging this thing out. I'm so sick of them. I don't know what to do with myself.

Countries war problems and be concerned about the United States, citizens of America. And the doctors are just as bad because they want to build my regular insurance.

And they want to get paid, but they didn't want to circumvent you from getting paid from a car accident. They write nasty reports if you don't conform to their excessive overbilling excessives.

Car accident in June 2023

My name is Betty Pittman my address is 534 East Zion place Tulsa Oklahoma 74106. I had an accident in June.

Call an agent regarding the accident reported what happened the following month my premium jump from $75 to $125. Call the agent to find out why my premium was so high I was told that it was because of the accident and that I was found at fault according to the DMV. I contacted the police department here in Tulsa because I did not get a citation at the time of the accident. They have no record of the accident, however they did find a police that handled the accident.

The police department stated they did not know why the officer did not return in a report. I contact the agent that I spoke to at progressive and I was told that when I called in to report the accident that he decided that I was at fault. Now there's an at-fault on my insurance raise my premium and I cannot afford it. I'm going to fixed income and it's hard for me to get coverage.

I've been with progressive for a while never late with my payments proud of my driving record never had an accident and I'm very upset about. How could he judge me without a DMV report. I had to get my car repaired because I only had liability coverage. I did not get a citation I just want to report this and get the at fault taken off my record.

Premium prices are ridiculous

I had $180 insurance bill monthly and I called him and he said that it was ridiculous that I was going to cancel and they lowered it to 150 now I am 70 years old no accidents no tickets no do you ours and they want to charge 180 some dollars for a 2013 mini Cooper? I found other insurance just over 100 so in my experience look elsewhere.

Money was taken from my account without permission

My policy ended on 7/20/23 I never spoke to anyone to renew my policy. they renewed my policy automatically which was okay but they took an entire 6 months from my account at one time, I have always been on a monthly payment. They sent my account into over draft.

I e been robbed by Progressive

On August 24 of this year in Michigan we had a horrific windstorm that brought down many trees. It also brought down wires and did damage to homes and vehicles but why is not driving in the early morning hours trying to go help a friend a tree came down in front of me and I ran into it on the road.

No, because no progressive agent or employee was out there to witness the accident. In their opinion, it did not occur the way I said it occurred. Therefore, progressive will not pay my claim even though my car sits damaged with a tree branch, stuck through the grill and end of the engine compartment. I was the only one in the car, I was the only one that witnessed what took place, but I dont know what Im talking about because the progressive insurance agents all know the facts of something they never witnessed.

What a bunch of thieves. There is no integrity and progressive insurance at all.

They are in it for the money, and not for customer service. They are belligerent and arrogant.

Been going round and round for six months with progressive regarding an RV insurance claim still stuck on square one I have six months of storage fees as the vehicle has been at a repair facility waiting on progressive they will not return phone calls or emails and I just got off the phone with them. Theyre claiming its because I hurt the representatives feelings. lol

Low ball payment on insurance settlement.

My car was hit and the driver drove off. My insurance co., Progressive totaled the car and offered me $7500 to replace it.

The car was a 2006 Chrysler 300c. It wasn't perfect, but it was a solid 9 of 10. It had one tiny ding the size of a pea. The paint was in excellent shape, the motor was strong(5.7 Hemi) the transmission was very good.

The car had no leaks of any kind. The interior was very good, slight wear on the drivers seat, the rest looked new. It had new struts, custom cobalt blue interior and trunk lights. It had remote start, it had every option available that year except for 3 options.

The car ran and drove like a new car. I had been offered $9500 for the car about a month ago and turned it down. I have looked online and in person and there isn't a car available that is in the same class as mine. I could buy a high mileage beat up piece of junk that would break down constantly.

Because there are no other cars to compare it to they keep saying show us a car that's alike and we will discuss a different amount. So they are trying to screw me with the fact that my car was a very nice car and there's nothing to compare.

I looked up their customer service rating, and it is terrible DO NOT USE PROGRESSIVE AS YOUR insurance co. You will regret it.
