Progressive Insurance

Well I consider myself an honest guy,so here it goes,I put a claim in to progressive insurance and it was denied,but here's why,see I'm no saint but a court wanted to make an example out of an innocent person and they put a hundred judgements on me all false,but anyway this court and police department are in corruption,you see they don't want me to have anything,so I report a breakin of my car and they put camera equipment in it,so I report it to the police but they deny it because they don't want me to fix my car or whatever reason they have,so I turn it into the insurance company and the court and police station tell the insurance company not to approve my claim,the court says,don't worry about it,I guarantee he won't get the law upheld,do whatever you want,so they deny the claim and say I threatened the adjuster,just do the court could grab into it if needed,then they commit fraud and say I let an unauthorized driver drive my car and they got in an accident,so they take my comprehensive and delete it,they put restrictions on my policy and then make sure I can't get insurance from anywhere else,they got a free run what the heck,they then rescind my new policy the same day its made and then still accept payments on the policy,that's stealing a person money,watch I'll never get it back,rescind means like it never existed,so why are they accepting payments I asked the state insurance about this,no answer,so see it goes right down the line,court and police department and now insurance company,so they keep doing there altering and fraud in the documents even though it's turned into the state insurance commission,you would think they would stop,but you got to figure if a court gets an eighth check if not to uphold the law why not a state insurance comission,I reported the stealing of the money and whether I had a policy or not with rescind,so I say well they are stealing my money but they don't reply, what does that tell you,I've shown 24 fraudelant things the insurance company has done,but no reply,so it makes you wonder if the court got ahold of he state Insursnce commission,ill keep you updated,if they deny 24fraudelant things they done with proof and stealing money there's something wrong,then the accusation of a threat to the adjuster is another,didn't happen but the court had them do that so when I go to move in dec they can capitalize on it,they don't want me to leave because there won't be anybody to harass and put false charges on,well see about the time I leave,the insurance company is having fun,they committed fraud 24 times,made sure I couldnt get insurance any where else and stole my money,I'll never see it back,when they rescind it's like the policy never existed but there still accepting payments for a policy that's rescinded,over five hundred dollars,a lady that backed into my car her insurance paid the accident and my insurance put down they paid it and listed it as a claim,fraud,the state insurance commission knows thislets see what they do with it,I'll keep you updated,gotta keep them honest or expose them one of the two,see it's not right to take an innocent person and mess with his personal dealings,it's against the law a matter of fact,but guess what, right now they're above the law cause a court said so,but the court has no business interfering in a personal contract,so the insurance company is having the time of there life,the only is they should hope I don't cone up with an attorney because it won't do any good for the court to say you had a free run go ahead have fun at the policyholders expense,if the review peaple at pissed consumer would let me do it id post the documents on here and show the fraud,nothing like the truth,so what do you think of a billion dollar insurance company doing what they're doing,is that how they became a billion dallor company,let's ask the adjuster that claimed I threatened her,it's a flat out lie,they're using it,they sent me a notice saying I ain't allowed at any progressive outlet,that's so I won't go to the lady's insurance and prove they paid that claim,it's right here in ottumwa,I'll bear there gonna read this too,it's called corruption,you watch now that I've exposed the real truth they'll come after me for something,the court alsays does,see im suppose to lay down and bark like a dog when they do corruption,that's the court rules,according to them,see it all comes down to this,show respect get respect,I haven't seen any,I've seen corruption the last six years,do I'm not laying down,,I want justice,let's see what the state insurance does with the complaint,I'll keep you updated.

Have you ever been in a situations where each entity seems to do the same thing,well unfortunately i have,so this review is actually on three entities,one will be like a ghost subject,,,don't worry I know what I'm doing sometimes it's better to make them wonder,,okay here's the what I'll call real truth behind all the fraud,you'll be amazed at the players,,im the walking tall.the man.now later you'll know why I say I'm the man,just be patient.its been quite awhile back but the ghost put false judgement on me and purposely did this,they said it was to make an example of a defendant,well i always thought you had to actually do something to make an example out of somebody,but it's actually against the law to do that, the ghost does this four times,there's a lot of judgements,,so I go and I motion the ghost to void the judgementd because it's got fraud on the court on it,that' voids all judgements and orders,do here's where the man thing comes in,I proved that the ghost fraudently found me quilty and proved my innocence,,,but they did not uphold the law,they said that if I didn't comply with what they wanted if spend two years in jail,well what do you do when nobody is gonna uphold the law,so the next thing I know is my child support God's from almost paid to 24,000fsllorsxsnf 28.485 that the ex owed me couse I had costudy of my two daughters from 1998,,to there eighteenth bktthdays,well I found that it was gone,zero owed,aint that something,but unfortunately I don't have my documents to show the costudy i do have about 200, people that know I had costudy,, see the fraud and all,
Then 60,000,in fines and restitution on false judgements,,it's around 120,000 now,,
So the next thing is the insurance company, ,now do you know of any insurance company that would committ fraud and even keep doing it nowing there's a state insurance investigation,me either,now there's the adjuster who put an accusation of a threat of bodily harm,now that takes gonads couse how does she know there wasn't a camera on her.but there was,just ain't got a copy yet.okay the point is this has went on for quite some time,it went from the ghost to the child support recovery to the IRS with all the fines,and false arrests false detainment,I think your getting my point,everything is false now I will admit one thing,the ghost and other entities have ruined my life,,my life will never be the same,ottumwa has over did what they did,there's enough for a hundred peaple here,but that ain't enough is it,ruined my life and the ghost knows it,but try just keep digging,they want more,,you know why,becouse it's not that I broke the law,,,it's because there enjoying it,so I pay for there enjoyment,it's the same thing with the insurance company,not that there enjoying it but the ghost is there,they are always there.so that gives them the ability to do exactly what they want to do,including the state insurance investigators,if any of you have dealt with them they are to do there jobs not just the end of there investigation but during also,that goed back to rescined and s refund within two of three days,I reported it three times to the state,,nothing,what does make you think,fraud.every document has fraud in it.evdry page,butgyhecinsurabce company still sing satisfied,now there' after more money,I said they deleted my comprehensive and collision,I'm still being charged for both,then they add the underinsured not insured and medical and charge me on both policys,the canceled one and the new one which is rescinded,so they charging for it but it don't exist,rescind is like it don't exist,they do that and then act like it's still there because they took my down payment at 1149am,at 1159am it was rescinded,ten minutes in between,they knew they were rescinding it but took anyway,nowgheres a payment due on September third 2025,they took this payment because I sent it,,nobody would say if the policy was good or bad,rescind is on 09/11/2025,the payment is 11/03/2025 for the premium,the accepted that payment,then the same day updated my payment schedule,so is it rescinded or is it good,you can't rescind a policy but take payments,so if I go out and get in an accident today,,are covering it according to rescind no,see I believe what they are doing is just that,hoping that it happens then they can say,we rescinded it,I'm in trouble,but if I don't they can still continue on there path with messing with my policys,,until finally they think they got something on me,,,then arrest,see it works either way for them.thsts how bad the ghost doesn't want me to leave,see they got more for me than I'll ever know,becouse they enjoy it,so you all could do me a favor and remember this and if anything happens before or in the third you and i both now,it makes sense,the ghost does not like to be beaton,,me leaving beats the ghost,,that's why there just kicked back and waiting for me to leave.jf they don't arrest me here they'll do it on my way to Tennessee,that away they can say im runing,they get what they want and they got the insurance company to say yes he did a billion dallor company.see this didn't start tell after they found out I was leaving,that claim is legitimate,the wreck they put in the policy two is a made up fabrication of there imagination,but you see when the law is not upheld for you they can do what ever they want,and as I said they aren't paying me my refund they're not doing anything besides setting a waiting,call it what you want but I know this ghost,somet hing is up.ifvj knee anything then wouldn't I be *** about it,so I believe I've ruined there planes.this is a review it's a review of how it's went the last six years and what they're up too,ive put documents etc in but this is the other side of the reviewthe actual reason for the fraud and falsifying accusations,so if I'm wrong so be it,but I can tell in there documents,,see if it was a thing were they charge me with a charge and arrest me while I set I jail they make up another twenty charges,this is the same thing all but it's a plan and they want to execute .they know that no matter what fraud I prove if the law ain't upheld it doesn't matter what I say,but they got there billion dallor company to say yes he did,so I haven't did anything I will be leaving on the third,but mark my words,I may be back but In cuffs,I've shown in here they don't care about anything they do,see my point,this does several things,it points out that there is something up but they don't do it now cause I done spoiled it for them,the rule is if i catch it them they can't do it.ss of this morning they haven't notified me of anything,so I'm the man,just a saying I have,this is all fraud and false accusations bye the insurance company,I need my settlement,ill be satisfied with my refund for now.

Progressive told me to cancel my policy and make a new policy,,said it would save me money,so on 09/11/2025 I called and canceled my policy,they said they had a insurance guy who would help me with that,he called and se got the policy setup,no checks no nothing,I got to looking in the progressive app,right after I did the new policy the insurance company put rescind policy offer,put down on the policy that I had a permit driver on my policy,then in a declaration said I let somebody drive my car and they got in an accident,so they took my comprehensive and changed it to set spacific things on my policy and said comprehensive is canceled.thdn on 10/12/2025 they said the policy was canceled ,then they sent another document and said the policy holder made a threat to a progressive employee and threatened bodily injury so we will not renew his policy,non renewel for a threat,none of this happened,there's is no permit user,there was no accident with somebody driving my car,when they canc eled my comprehensive they also charged me for it,no offer of refund,I did my new policy on the 09/11/2025,they did all this on 09/11/2025 but still charged me for comprehensive,they also didn't tell me a thing about it,see that tells me they didn't plan on paying my claim,,they also denied my claim and didn't do a thing to check into it,I had a witness to what happened and she even called them and no return phone call from the adjuster,when she came to look at the car,she didn't even look in the trunk and I said twice you havdcto bend over to see the components in the trunk she didn't even look,she took a picture of the inside of the trunk and didn't even look at what she was taking a picture of,then said Ive got a couple things to check out and ill get back to you within a week,she got there at 11:50 am and denied the claim at 904am,see she had no intention on upholding that claim,the insurance company intentionally did this,the whole thing,then I told them about it and they tried putting documents in to cover it up,it's not gonna work because I got there you know,the insurance company knows I know what they did but are still saying denied,it just isn't about a claim now,it's about fraud and harming the policy holder,they made it so I can't get insurance any where which means they put something on my driver's license or birth date something because I called another ins company and they gave me a quote but at the end when I put my driver's license number in it came back we cannot insure you at this time,I know this,the person they say drove my car was supposedly living with me,that's a lie,I haven't had anybody around me let alone live with me,so here's something who is on the permit user,where did the accident happen,who is the other person involved in the accident also what damage was done,because I got pictures of every side of my vehicle including he inside.wheres the damage im asking them,all fraudulent documents,forgery,altering and out to harm the policy holder in every way,the adjuster should be fired and all employees who had anything to do with it,,you even changed the insurance company on me when I did the new policy and said I had to use aftermarket parts of pay for it myself and charged me for comprehensive,they did not tell me a thing about any of it,I knew nothing about the permit user,nothing about somebody driving my car and getting into an accident and I sure didnt know about taking my comprehensive off the policy,I paid 171 and some odds cents for the new policy on 09/11/2025 and they said you don't have a payment due in october,so I said okay,but they put a cancelation on the policy 10/12/2025,now I know why,do I even have a policy,maybe I don't and there telling I do,it was revoked on 09/11/2025 but then canceled on 10/12/2025,I'm thinking that they knew I was leaving to go to Tennessee in dec,maybe they didn't want me having insurance so my car gets taken,or my rates go sky hi because I didnt have insurance on a car that has a loan on it,well I know I paid for it,a matter of fact I paid 263 and some odd cents on August 28th and it wasnt due till the third of September,then on September 11th they charged me a down payment on the new policy of ,171 and some odd cents,then said I owed 58 dallors on the other policy and turned it into collections,I'll beat i know where,wapello county court house.anything I do they put penalties on the policy,even if they cancel my policy I'm charged money it says it on the declaration why would I have to buy aftermarket parts if I was to get into an accident,don't make no sense,see this insurance company was set to fry me and I don't know why,the s

They would not cover damage to a driveway that their insured truck caused on my house. It was a clear cut.

The driveway was perfectly normal. Theyre in short truck came on the driveway and then when the inshore truck left, there was major damage to the bricks on the driveway and the drain in the driveway. They refuse to cover it because they said nobody saw it happen. We had 10 witnesses and they all saw it happen.

They expected us to be laying under the ground beneath the truck to watch it happen or videotape it as it was happening. Of course we were not doing that. We saw it when the truck pulled away as the damage was under the big truck. They refused to cover the damage.

They are a fraudulent awful company.

No one should ever Use them as their insurance company. Having them its like you have no insurance.

I had a policy with these people 99700****. Without any information, they discontinued my insurance.

When I called them, one of the agents started selling me a different insurance. When I requested to just re-initiate my insurance for my car, she said that we need some documents from you. To send the documents, we were calling the company nonstop from morning to evening. The agent kept receiving the calls, and then she asked me to be on hold and then disconnected the call without providing me any statement.

I called them for several days, and the agent who was picking up this 800 number nonstop did the same thing. This is how I reached my grace period for my document submissions. Now she's putting the blame on us, and instead of connecting to the agent, she keeps disconnecting my call.

I have a screen recording of how long she put me on hold and then disconnected the call. This is New York, Queens, Progressive agent.

Progressive's customer went through a red left turn signal in front of me. The police said it was their fault.

Progressive decided the accident was 80% their fault and 20% mine! So, I'm going to have to pay about $1,800 because they ran a red light! This is literally immoral, in my opinion. Also, it's been 2 1/2 months since the accident, and between me and my insurance company, we've literally placed at least a dozen phone calls to their adjuster and only received one call back.

This may literally be the worst company to deal with that I've ever dealt with. I am probably going to have to take them to court to get my money back.

I had Progressive for more than 12 years because I was just too busy and impatient to find another insurance carrier. Each year, my car insurance rate increased, even before I had a minor car accident.

By the way, they do not honor their accident forgiveness claim. They found a way to circumvent it. For approximately 10 years, I had no accidents and no tickets. My car insurance still increased each year.

After a minor accident, Progressive tried to increase my insurance by $200 for a 6-month period. Progressive used to be the best; now they are as bad as Geico!

Don't waste your money! Find an off-brand, no-name insurance company!

I am a policyholder with Progressive Insurance and have been for a while. I received a notification that my policy is up for renewal.

I reviewed my policy and noticed they added a policy fee of $15.00. I called and spoke with a representative and was informed that that was a fee for setting up a new policy. She stated it was also for administrative fees. This is a junk fee!

This is additional money for the corporate board's pockets! It is illegal and, again, big corporations are taking advantage of consumers! Progressive is bilking consumers and doing nothing to earn it!

They could at least send a thank you! Ca-ching!
