Customer service computer failed and agent did not call back after my waiting on hold for 10 minutes.

My name is Maureen Montague. Regarding my policy and my insurance cards, I need a phone number to contact her. Make sure it's not auto pay and I'm not getting any responses. If someone, or she, can call me back, I would greatly appreciate it.
My phone number is 954-632-****, Jacksonville, North Carolina. I'm not getting any responses from emails.
Preferred solution: I want my agent Laura Trigg to call me back. I need her phone number regarding my new policy coming up my cards, my policy and make sure it’s not auto pay.

- Months later, the claim was denied for lack of evidence despite providing items.
opened a claim with Progressive in July 2025 after items were stolen during my May 23, 2025 move. It is now February 2026 — 7 months later — and my claim is still not completed.
I provided receipts (showing items were purchased years ago), photos, inventory lists, lease documents, and four police report updates.
Progressive requested unredacted call logs, but my phone contains confidential healthcare client information. This process has been extremely frustrating.
My experience with Progressive Insurance was exhausting. I was initially told photos were enough for my missing property claim, then repeatedly asked for morereceipts and a police report revised four times at their request.
After months of delays, my claim was denied for lack of evidence, even though I provided everything they asked for.
This process felt like a deliberate delay-and-deny tactic. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I'm dealing with Progressive home insurance on a claim from ice dam water damage and a frozen pipe. Very unprofessional, uncaring, and unconcerned about my issue. I will be changing home insurance companies.

- Two Progressive auto quotes.
- One vehicle purchase and transfer and Underwriting asked for CarMax registration and photos.
- Phone reps were rude.

Underwriting is asking for registration and photos for a car that is at the dealership (CarMax). Back and forth, 10 emails to Underwriting and no one reads what I wrote. A different representative responds to every email, so no one is on the same page.
One representative from Progressive told me to get my insurance from Geico because the Underwriting Team is not able to be reached other than by email. And the team doesn't read my emails.
And on the phone, the representatives are all very rude and obnoxious.
Don't waste your time if Underwriting needs proof you registered a car you haven't bought yet.

Denied claim, Insisted that I replace with Alum-not made anymore instead of vinly
- Grayson Gambil denied my claim and said aluminum must be replaced with aluminum siding; vinyl only is used, and calls were not returned.
Totally incompetent rep Grayson Gambil denied claim completely-Said I needed to replace existing Aluminum with Aluminum siding not used anymore-Vinyl only is used. He did not return my calls & neither did President of Progressive Tricia Griffith return calls.
Stay away from the co. If rep calls you run don't walk away- Don't be fooled by cutesy TV commercials of Flo 5,000 complaints in last 3 years, 2,000 in 2025.https:www.progressive.com
Pymt I sent on March 9 th & March 12 has not been received which I sent from Dover, Delaware to Ohio has not been processed.,.
- Mailed two money orders on March 9 and March 12; receipts 119 and 121.
- Seeking confirmation if payment for 3/23/26 was received; Friday said not yet.

This company has raised my rates $90 in the past year with no claims or tickets on my record. When I asked them about it, they said it was because of all the other claims in my area.

Nothing happened. I wanted to change insurance companies.
I had Geico and was not happy with Geico. They actually suck.

- Enrolled in Progressive snapshot; the device is faulty.
- Emails about plugging it in went unanswered, and the rate was raised.
I enrolled in the snapshot program when i switched to progressive. The device they sent me apparently doesn't work.
They sent several emails telling me to plug the device in, but it had been plugged since the day I got it. I replied to their emails (of course they came from unmonitored account, not my problem), got no response. So i try communicating through the app and again, I get nowhere.
So now they raised my rate. Which I am not paying the higher rate because they make it almost impossible to correspond with and they sent faulty equipment.

Progressive has screwed me 3 times now. Filling complaint with commisioner don't seem to help.
Progesive, and im sure other companies as well, are not holding their end up in contracts. The fail, or under pay claims.. when it grows enough to create a class action. The class action cost much less than each claim would have.
The article I read stated, about 177.00 per claim is what the class action cost them. Progressive is a *** company don't use them.
User's recommendation: Boycot comm. Insurance. There crooked constitution tells us the government can't force you to contract. Therefore it isn't leagl to mandate.
