Progressive Insurance - Terrible ongoing experience

There has been an ongoing issue for over a month with getting my car repaired on an insurance claim. i was first told that i can take it to any shop i prefer, so i chose auto nation which is down the street from where i work and at first i was hearing ow that do a great god so forth and so on now that an issue came up where a pdr guy was hired that quit the job and didn't want to do it any longer my car sat 14 days with no progress.

and instead of taking the car to progressive Collision Center of choice they just let it sit there. They waited until 5/19 to tell me that they were just going to take my car to their shop, so the following Monday the 22nd I called auto nation and was advised that my car was still there. co i called progressive back and was told that they were at odds with auto nation because they were going to charge them storage and some other fees which were over $1600, but they refuse to pay and get have my car picked up and told me well if there are more fees i would have to pay it because they won't pay them. So in the meantime with my car sitting over 14 days and not touched and I'm over 30 days on my rental I'm told I have to pay for my own rental until the car is ever fixed.

I was told this at my job on 5/22 and actually had a panic attack at work and had to go home. My vision was literally blurry and my face stared tingling all over and going numb as though about to have a stroke from crying so much.

I had to leave work for this.

I was sent an email saying my cat would be completely finished by 6/2. On 6/1 o called to check the status and again I was told that my var is not ready and it will be another week.so again I had to pay for another week of car rental.
