I added a new vehicle and removed a vehicle on my policy. I requested the same exact coverage on the new car.
They took it upon themselves and removed my rental coverage. I had to call and find out why, NO ONE could answer any of my questions. I was on the phone for almost an hour, so that they could find the phone call I had with the customer representative. SHOCKING..they had trouble finding it.
NOW my policy is a mess, I have NO idea what amount I am supposed to pay.
The supervisor I spoke with was throwing out amounts, I got so confused and frustrated. Need to find a different insurance company
User's recommendation: DO NOT GET PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE.
Progressive Insurance Pros: No pros.
Progressive Insurance Cons: Frauds.
