Had a call at 7pm from progressive. Wanted to know why we have done nothing on our claim We had inspection done at progressive office and claim info sent to us.
Contacted our repair person and he is in process of getting parts. This person had no idea any of this was done and seems to be really mixed up.
Had no customer service skills at all and would not let my wife say anything without her talking over her.We are in our 70s and have had insurance with them for years-Never Again will be searching for
a new company. No respect from this person.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
I didn't like: Customer service, Person on phone, Increased permiums for no reason.
